The shades of deep blue, purple, green and a touch of red in this soaker were my attempt to capture the colors of a ruby-throated hummingbird. It's a size medium with an extra long rise and will fit approximately 16-28 pounds, possibly more. The measurements are: waist - 12" to 24", thigh - 8" to 14", rise - 20".
I would be happy to add a drawstring at no charge and embellishments can be added starting at $15.
